So all these long waiting times are mainly due to earlier customer overrun timing?

Strange, becos i don't think any okt so nice to give extra time for late bros if there is another customer waiting. Never happen. 5-10 min is understandable, but 30-40 min is like unbelievable.

Waiting there for so long attracts wrong attention and definitely dangerous to both the operator and customer. Personally i saw one ang moh chiongster (actions so obvious! ) waiting on the spot when visiting this stable last week.
