In a cheating case, there must be ingredients for the offence of cheating for them to classified the case as cheating. Without it, it is just a case of Fradulent Debtor.
If you bear false evidence to make it like a cheating case and if you are later found out, you will be charge for making a false report as well as fabricating false evidence.
