Agrees with you, actually Jurong Hill is not a very ideal place.
Actually going all the way up the tower, I have thought of it too but I was worried by the time we got up there, too sweaty and tired already.
Worst still if climb all the way up there and find out that it's occupied, lan lan walk down.
