You don't get it.
Bonus is to reward good performance or to thank staff for staying n not quiting.
If no bonus , means your performance is not valued . So even if you're top performer, u might as well just do enough. N spend your time looking for better job or do sideline.
Those companies which split bonus is also fucked up. They do it to prevent ppl leaving. Cos if u get your full bonus at end of the year, you'll leave ASAP after getting bonus.
So they're fucking the staff cos instead of giving staff what they're entitled to one lump sum, they give piece by piece.
