ACE is a relatively safe place. Dun walk along the outer roads or dark alleys. walk along Jalan Yew and the roads next to the market. The only extortionists are those jaga kereta bastards.
The market place became active past midnight up to 12 noon. Pudu market is a safe place but run down .....yet run down does not mean "unsafe" Pom used to go there around midnight and comes back around 3 am
The most unsafe place is Cuci tunnel, very risky if venture in without PPE
