You can walk in but may run into special events / tournaments etc and possibly pay walk in rates which will be expensive.
If you are member of SAFRA, there is a very decent reciprocal with Lakewood Golf & Country Club in Zhuhai - go to your SAFRA website to check out how to book etc at

They have special rates which will prove to be cheaper if you can give her advanced notice. There's about 8 courses that she can arrange incl transport too.
