As I am not an MP person, never been there, but heard enough review, good.
And, FYI, the vast part of Manila is a shit hole, to be honest. In Fact, even locals call Malate / Ermita as crime central, for foreigners. Never a pleasent experience walking there ..
So it's not wrong to say the place is awful !
Executive Regency ? the one near Robinsons place ? Robinsons place is a hangout for mummies and free lances, but volume varies ..
And all near the Famous LA Cafe.
