I was staying there last month. There is no problem calling grab form Fortuna and going to Fortuna by Grab or taxi. If you do not want to take the Hanoi taxi with fortuna logo printed, it is bit difficult to get a taxi around 7-8pm. Not because of the hotel, just not much taxi going through the road. So I called grab and it came to pick without a hassel.
