As mentioned she only doing this fantasy 1time, of course it's not that difficult for her to create new account but using an already open account is easier. I would imagine a someone wanting to scam people would be smart enough to know forums have post histories.
Hopefully the many bros here who already made appointment with her can post FR about the event when it's over to confirm if real girl or not. But doesn't matter since it's a 1time only fantasy for her and won't have another one again.
