After the panel meetings with government officials and the documents provided by them, estate agents went back to their respective agencies and brainstorming.

They worked hard to get into list of Government recommended estate agencies .

Nicole went to the Tiong Bahru area, as assigned by her agency to house visit to meet HDB flat owners , which was listed by IRAS as high income earner or those suspected to have very high income but act like poor, staying in 3 room flat . (they got few credit card, and their income derived from trading, online businesses)

At the same time, Sabrina paid motorcyclist to monitor Nicole's movement.

One 3 room HDB flat owner she visited is LTC Benny Soh.

Nicole: do you plan to buy condo or landed property for you to move in?

Benny: sorry, I have no intention to move out , I thought of buying condo as an investment .
Nicole: pls think of those kampung people. You are senior military officer , you should stay in better housing ,why stay in house meant for poor people?

Benny: look around here, pointing to windows outside. It is so convenient to move about. There are two shopping malls, one there and other there. there is MRT nearby. I need to walk to my parent unit 2 flats away from here.
Private condo? very inconvenient and expensive. can you see condo people need to tap pass in and out whenever they go out and come in, then walked to take transport to town? Yes, my salary is high but everything here so expensive.
Nicole was speechless.

As she walk out and move to another target. Her movement was tracked by motorcyclist, unit number noted down

Then he put flyer on that unit letter box.
Evening time,Nicole was exhausted and had dinner.
