Well I not only blame the ground staff but do also blame the passenger too especially if I am a fellow passenger on that plane
kena delay unnecessarily for their carelessness & stupidity
This one doesn't take the cake, the one in Sinkie that beats all is that uncle whom took the son's passport and managed to fly all the way to the other country
