It's best you just have your preferred time slot and message them if xx time have slot.

If they have to check all their slots which free, then come back to give you an MCQ answer, and to do that for all customers, you can see why they don't reply you.

One day easily hundreds of messages for each. Even the 冷门 ones. How they do it is check message, if your message timing ok, they reply. If not OK, still got empty slot, they tell you what time is the empty slot. If you OK, you reply back and booked, if not OK, they just skip already.

Those booked, they will change the number to save under a name, like maybe time+random letters. They don't go remember who are you one, unless you are super regular or big tipper. If you are super regular, they then will save you under something they remember you by, say you wear specs, you very fat, or whatever then add the time to your name when they save the name.

End of the day, all the messages, those with no saved names or timing for tomorrow ones, all get deleted. How they tell if you are a new number and need to check, is when your sms comes in with no saved names because if you have visited them before, they will definitely have some random numbers/names saved to you.

At least that's what I deduced from my regulars that I go to.

If you don't go back to them often, they also forget the conversation you had already in your past visits. They will only check the SMS log for past conversations then refer to those things you talked about via SMS when they talk to you, in order for you to have the impression that they remember you.

Don't believe me? Find your most regular AP ML, then don't go to her for a few months, change a new number and book her. When you visit her, she will recall your face and find you familiar, but they will have problems remembering any details of you or any conversations you had and some will ask you what is your old number, then search for your old SMS or WeChats when you are showering to do some last minute revision on your chat history.
