Agree on mode of ML / FL which is very common. Been around for years.
Example of different pricing on each website, there is also, usually more towards the case of miscommunication.
For the example you gave, I must say a bit sala lah. Tian Niu would give regulars a $10 discount as a RTM incentive. So maybe she take you as a RTM customer and you did not understand that well.
That aside, paying for that standard of massage and sensual, $110 is worth it regardless. I usually dun take the discount as I don't want to be cheapo. She put in quite a bit of effort anyway. Should be back very soon.
