Blue Mountain I think they rigged the price at USD20 ST for Viet and Khmer girls.
One Cambodia mummy even chak me when I offered USD10 ST.
Overall bad impression of this place except the PRC shops as very friendly even if you just see see.
In general the OKTs there not so friendly.
An exception is the male Viet OKT in the middle section.
Anyway this area I feel service is most likely CMI as the SOP is rushy.
PRC OKTs in general quite friendly.
Price wise I never ask.

In Sihanoukville I feel some of the local WLs hate PRCs but without PRCs the business sure cui.
Their resentment is very self contradicting as they're biting the hands that feed.
I myself have many good PRC friends who helped me in my career so I feel very insulted by their double standards and narrow minded thinking.

In Cambodia I will just say I'm China man so I don't have to pretend I don't have Chinese blood due to different passport.
First time in an ASEAN country I feel the resentment so strong.
Even Viets the arch enemy of China also never display such resentment towards Chinese looking folks.
