...if they refuse to upzz u back despite repeated PMs, not good to force them to do so...just hv to write them off as "bad debts" like those in my siggy n never up them again in the future like in a once bitten twice shy kinda thingy...most likely they r point scammers or they r not returning for reasons best known to themselves...sigh
