This is the sort of F-tup planning that is inviting future trouble
In Sinkie whenever any land is reclaimed from the sea it is given at least 10 to 20 years for the soil conditions to stabilised before any structures can be built on it but this fella built on land that is just newly reclaimed from the sea OMG sure the soil will erode and sink
