For those afraid of getting chopped in thaniya. I can confirmed that those japanese snack bar are quite fun. Not too expensive if you control your lady drinks.

This is very good info, thanks. Have passed by the area many times and never tried out. I have been curious for a long time.

In Thailand I am not keen on the concept of the bars or KTV few floors up by elevator, solely because everything in Thailand is so damn convenient.

Will keep your info in mind. At least now knowing that there is tabao and non-tabao options available. Thanks again.
