You can probably weed out the lansi and flipcars at ACE pretty quick if you can manage some tieng Viet.
One Viet was being persistent in asking, until I just told her I want to pay 80 in Viet with local saigonese dialect. She backed off in shock....
That said, it's generally true that Viet's are more accommodating than the PRCs. I have both really good regulars, both PRC and Viet at ACE.
