Pattaya Update

Ekamai to Pattaya North bus terminal in record time – 2 hours exactly. The bus didn’t stop for refueling and took the central Pattaya access road. It had been taking up to 3 hours.

The best time ever was 1.75 hours – this was probably before they started stopping at their terminal in Bang Na on the way to Pattaya.

The opening of Terminal 21 at Dolphin Circle has brought massive traffic jams, especially on weekends.

Daily downpours and thunderstorms.

Where have all the hotties gone? None in Baccara. None in Palace, which has dropped its happy hour and apparently other drink specials. Not as crowded as before. Some of the doorgirls there are eye candy, though.

PRCs – there are still loud groups, but also now younger tourists who act more like Chinese from other countries.

Indians – really obnoxious, thinking they own the place and making all sorts of demands, using threatening language and gestures.

Rehabilitation of the beach has moved down to the central area, between the 2 shopping malls. The FLs use to stand in front of the makeshift fence along the beach, but suddenly they moved across the street. For those looking for FLs note that they are no longer on the beach side of Beach Rd in this area.

Someone said Skyfall is the best AGG on walking street.

Seems to be more AGGs with white (European) girls.

Every time passed by Hooters, no live music. Music was soft.
