Bro, I think there are too much for you to learn so i suggest you focus on this one important skill.

If you can't communicate, it's like winking at a girl in the dark--nothing happens. You can have all the brainpower in the world but you have to be able to transmit it. And the transmission is communication.
Simple answer to your problem: Be a master of communication
Invest in yourself by reading books/watching videos then practice, practice and practice till you perfect it.
Your action today determines your potential in the future.. if you dont invest now, you will continue to be in this sorry state.
