Slowly, I'll lay on top of the ML in missionary position and kiss her gently (if she allow). If no resistance, slowly proceed to catbath her tickle her. Eventually, I'll pretend that I'm pumping her in missionary position and observe her expression
Some do get abit high and we do move into the real thing.
