Imo, the majority of Romanian WLs are the least attractive lot.. It might be something to do with the gypsy heritage they have. Go for those from Estonia, Slovak, Czech, Poland, Croatia n of course Russia n Ukraine... Plenty do them in London! Don't waste your time looking for Phad Thais or Dim Sums in Europe....
