If you just did something that you shouldn't but you still wanna tell the world? Doesn't make sense to me

Most of the gals remaining here has already been here for a while. Whether they are good or bad the regular chiongster would already know. Any genuine chiongster who wanna FR might also feel it is unnecessary

Why bother to say they are fake if you know or think they are fake
Maybe they are just doing their job?
