Think what's much more concerning than the vanilla vs. flavoured discourse is the clear drop in service attitude.

Yes, the current pool right now we can't do much. What I think this guy is drilling at, is we SG are happily coining and using "vanilla" as the very basic standard. This send signals to them that we're very easy to get makan and they can play their tricks from there.
Unless we SG be more 击败 like their fellow china man back home, requiring a min. of higher standard services than here, we're the only ones to blame for our own doing.
To me, we should stop coining flashy terms and not make it attractive to be marketable.
