Bro, you might have overestimated customer's influence on the ML pricing lah. These gals are savvy enough to guage market situation and have own network of jiemei or okt to advise. And they are fully aware of their own popularity based on the text messages. Some of them just conveniently say is based on customer guidance lah, to give the impression they very 听话 or easily influenced.. part and parcel of the required skillsets to succeed in this trade lah.
My usual quote, ML words, 听听就好. Don't take it for real. Try suggesting to any ML to lower price you see how many will 听话
