Sure, ultimately the ML does what she like. But by us publicly "understaning and accepting" , we are suggesting we allow such discrimination in the local ML industry to exist. Meaning there's no stopping others from doing it too.
I think these sort of discrimination should be condemned, shamed and rubbed out before it becomes another trend - just like how ordinary looking girl can get away offering ordinary vanilla services.
