Not sure purposely or not. But i have one encounter to share.
I was walking my dog and walking towards the lift area, theres 2 PRC talking to each other. The male was sitting down and the female was squatting on the floor, with her back facing me. She was wearing the long denim skirt where from her back, i thought she was wearing jeans pants. But i wondered why she squat down in front of the male.

So i walked towards them and after i by pass her, i turned back to take a look. How come the jeans pants got split in the middle? And the middle got a black patch one? I turned away a while and then turned back to take a close look again, the black patch was her panty! She was wearing the long denim skirt! And she noticed that i was looking at her below, she moved a bit. But never stand up nor cover below, still squatting down.
