Bro, the 1st time I went HCM, I changed in Singapore the rate was VND9600, I went 2nd time saw rate at HCM airport was about VND10200, went HCM 3rd time found out rate in town much better, so have never ever change anyplace else anymore, if you want you can follow me go An Duong Plaza, rate not that bad.
