Been in Hanoi for 3 days already, been staying in Fortuna Hotel.
Boss KTV back to normal with 200+ girls. However, the rates for have changed a little.
When the girl sits with you, it's now USD 21.50, last time it went as high as USD 25.
But when you bring the girl up to your room, it's now USD60 for Short Time and USD 90 for overnight. It used to be only USD 80.
