With regards to pricing, I've mentioned to 1 of the bros here before, price won't come down so easily because demand is still much higher than supply. Going 2 times I macham save that money and go Thailand better. Its a buyers market there too with much more selection.

Agree. This is why I still adopting wait and see approach. If prices don't come down to a level that I think is fairer to cheongsters might as well go JB or BKK. I would say 120-160 for 90/2 would be a fair range, with really premium going up to 200.
