Going to visit KK soon, and going to try TYL soon. I have some question,

1) I was wondering what is the SOP for TYL? Pay on arrival or what?

2) Which hotel have the easiest access to TYL stock? I mean nearest. Don't want to book a hotel at the opposite side of the city from the source. Even better if same hotel.

3) Other then TYL, any other place to find a week long companion to bring me around? And of course have fun at night?
