you can fly to nha trang from hcmc. Shld be around 120-150SGD return airfare. Some resorts are pretty expensive and of cause got cheap ones.
I saw some pictures taken. Looks very nice. It is basically a beach resort. But you need to plan 3 days trip at least.
As VK to buy a Villa with you there loh. Then will become your "golden house".
