I had been to Kawaii as well paid 600K for 90m VIP room and 2M for FJ. Never heard of base fee including HJ. Other shops charge 500K for VIP room.
I understand from my regular that all shops are run under a syndicate, senior partners and junior partners, hence the stocks are sent where the demand is.
