You are right to a large extend. The chances of getting a good vietnamese wife wo was a former WL is not high. So bros who plan to get a vietnamese wife, better to do it thru trustworthy agents or thru introduction from your friends who are based in Vietnam. (but come to think about it, most singaporean man based in Vietnam know more WL than normal ladies
)
