East part of SG and not the best location to be honest. Bros who dont drive will find it abit of a hassle to get there through public transport as the nearest MRT station is at least a 30 mins walk away.
Suggest Bros to take a cab there instead cos you'll waste too much time travelling through public transport and finding parking will be a challenge.
Bonking premises - Apartment with shared toilet with 2 or 3 other FLs. Room + Toilet was neat and clean so no complaints here. Due to the shared toilet setup you might possibly bump into other customers so this is something to note here.
Would give more points if the location was more Central though but its not a big deal end of the day.
