We are in an era, post Covid in particular, that there are many mentally unbalanced people around us, male and female.
Hence, don't think you strike lottery when a lady out of no where offers to have sex and get intimate with you. Or when there is a man looking at you, don't try to play gangster to ask him what he's staring at, for he might have a knife and just a paper cutter in his pocket.
In a criminal trial, it's about evidence and probability. Eg in a molest case, if the lady is super old and unattractive while the accused is super handsome and has no previous conviction, he might have a chance to prove his innocence. Otherwise, good luck.
