In a criminal trial, it's about evidence and probability. Eg in a molest case, if the lady is super old and unattractive while the accused is super handsome and has no previous conviction, he might have a chance to prove his innocence. Otherwise, good luck.

We just need to make sure we keep our hands to ourselves and dont look at them. If not, for nothing the ladies or some guys will say you harnessing them.
