All joint,KTV,massage,places of entertainment are closed.
A circular was issued to all establisments prior to ramadan to inform them of the dates to close.

2 days before start of Puasa
8 days from start of Puasa
2 days from 29-30(not very sure is it 28-29 or 29-30)
5 days leading to end of Puasa.

All in all 17 days of closure.
Even those massage joints had to be closed. Not sure if the traditional ones were affected or not. Cuz i saw a few of the clean ones in Nagoya still closed on Wed......
