Hardness = thickness > skill is the most important. This is the ans I get from almost all my partners. If you can't hard, you can't even start lol. If you can hard but not thick, she will not get feel and will will not want after awhile. If you can hard and thick but no skill, she can still ride you. But she will get bored after some sessions. So far none tell me longer is better.
