from your nick, i think u love to "tar" rite? i was in HCM and im not sure if u know bout this Legend Hotel,they do have a buffet which includes alcohol too in it. Quite expensive ..around SGD50 per head, but the plus point is you have free flow of basic spirits (no expensive spirits), beer (saigon beer) and wine (quite shitty wine)..

anyway, i enjoyed myself there with my buddies.. quite reasonable considering you have free flow beer.. hahaha hope this info helps..
