Surprisingly with the implementation of VEP, the rate has turned around these past few days and didn't break below 3.20. I also hope Jib Gor will be pardoned and released soon.

That's true bro. The FX rates at money changers are typically worse than interbank rates, so more worth it to pay by e-payment methods.
