You're right, not sarcastic, but by asking me to Google "SG number only" he is immediately implying i don't speak english or i'm an idiot. I explain I do have an SG number, so I'm expecting a solution for how he wants me to handle it or to reiterate his stance. Very hard to say something like "Sorry, it's a rule, if you want u can switch whatsapp numbers"? Or even just "sorry cannot"... Even though that'd be stupid, I'd just switch and switch back if there's no alternatives, i'll be fine with that, no issue. Other OKTs I've had with rules or maybe verification method I cannot, they give alternative solution and try or just explain. When you immediately want to call your customer stupid, who is the stupid one? And I don't think I was rude or aggressive in my initial responses.
