Actually so long you have money in the sim account then SMS is deductible when sending out but free when receiving...
Need to allow SMS for sim and not those sim registered just for data...Will not work if reg just for data...Need to go to the telco to get the sim unlocked. Similarly the sim for international SMS and roaming also need to unlock...
Zalo is for Vietnamese and most gaito gals will use Zalo with familiy and friends...their listed numbers usually dun have Zalo...
