Up to individual lor. Hanoi is cooler during winter like now. Hanoi have many lakes and a few big KTV with hundreds of gals. Hair saloon n massage also have like HCMC. HCMC have many disco and FL. I prefer the food in the south then the north.........so it all depends.

I personally prefer Hanoi, bcoz of the weather and my friends in Hanoi.
