sure can tell one lah, dunno how to describe in words, but its a kind of feeling from the sounds she make, the way she moves and responds and at least in my gf's case she would loose control of her vaginal muscles (goes into spasms) otherwise during normal intercourse can feel her clenching and unclenching according to my pumping
