The service at Phung Hoang Cac and its sister establishments (Bong Lai Cac and others) in District 7 is unparalleled. I just went for the first time - facilities are top-notch, consistent pricing, wonderful GFE, HJ/BJ included in ticket price, FJ on the menu. I showed up at Phung Hoang Cac around 12:30am, and I saw some beautiful girls getting into a shuttle. When I knocked on the front door, it turned out that it was getting late so they had shuttled all of the ladies over to the main facility. They asked me to wait, and they would send the shuttle for me as well. A few minutes later, the shuttle arrived and took me on a short 5-min drive to the main facility

Here's what I booked:
1.4m for 100 minutes in the Centurion Pool room (paid to front desk)
2m ticket entry (paid to girl) includes 2 shots from HJ/BJ
If you want FJ, additional 2m paid directly to the lady. Each additional FJ shot is 2m

In total, I paid 1.4m (room), 2m (ticket entry which includes 2 shots from HJ/BJ), and 2m for FJ. Total 5.4m

Loved every minute of the experience

I think the Centurion Pool room also includes snacks, instant noodles, beer, etc as part of the package but I didn't partake in them. The front desk assistant also asked me if I wanted to play balloon and he would bring it up to me so that's also on the menu (not sure if included in the room price or not as I didn't partake)
