Yeah, everyone has different preferences. Personally, I care more about looks than service. For example, Nini (妮妮) has more experience and better skills, but her face and body are a big downside for me. On the other hand, Tian Tian is quite inexperienced and shy, but I like her looks and body, so I tend to overlook the rest, haha. But for people who prioritize service over appearance, they might see things differently.
