The thing about BATS and CJ's hooker bars are that the quality is progressively going downhill. This is especially so for BATS, older chicks just hang out there till closing.
I think CJ's is a little better, sometime you get to find some gems. Fridays and weekends are of course more crowded but I happened to hook some good ones on Wednesdays Ladies Nite.
