they are ahead for yr 2007...and I have ask sme vietnamese abt thisb4...and they claim that the government is the one who count when is the chinese new yr and even after they know they make the mistake of earlier one day when compared with the rest of the world...they actually refuse to change back to the correct one....this is what I heard...dont know how true is it
