That's why my ear itchy... my name mentioned again.. hahahha. from my knowledge, no matter if you have booked your ROM date 3 mths or 2 mths later, one day the lady not married to you officially by law, she is still not allowed to stay in singapore for long. Best is for your ba xa to be in singapore 10 days before ROM, this is the safest and need not wait for damm long at ICA and realised later that cannot extend. Think about it, any tom dick and harry can say the viet gal and him ROm 3 mths later, but whether will really ROM, no one will know until that actual day. ICA doesn't want this to be used as excuse for viet or China WL to stay longer term in singapore.
